- Most items will only ship to the United States (lower 48 states). If you need to have an item shipped outside of the lower 48 States please contact the store prior to placing your order.
- Your item will be shipped using either U.S. Postal Service, or United Parcel Post. If you need expedited shipping service please use the "Ask A Question" icon on each product page to inquire before making your purchase to make sure the service is available.
- FLAT RATE -- For many oversized products such as sculptures and certain furniture pieces, a standard flat rate applies to all shipments for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii involving flat rate merchandise will require a quotation request to verify actual cost. Sorry, FLAT RATE inventory only ships via GROUND or equivalent method (faster methods are unavailable).
- Please allow 3-5 days for shipping unless noted in the Description. For other than FLAT RATE shipping please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Delivery time will normally be shorter.
- CUSTOM and HANDMADE items often take longer to ship. Check Product Description for details. If you have questions about an item please use the "Ask A Question" icon on the Product Page.
- You can return goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange UNLESS the item is CUSTOM or HANDMADE.. For Custom and Handmade items please check the Product Description to see the Return Options for that item. You must first fill out an "Return Authorization Request" before returning any item. Failing to do so will delay any Refunds or Exchanges.
- The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, UNLESS, your items is damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item.
- If you order an item, and after receiving it you just don't want it you can still return the item, but there will be a 20% Restocking Fee.
